Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from anywhere outside the UK please contact us regarding shipping. We will always strive to provide you with either the cheapest or the fastest service, whichever you require.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

By placing an order for a RIF or an IF, you confirm that you are over the age of 18.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling If buying a RIF (Realistic Imitation Firearm - see NETQUOTEVAR:LINK) then the UKARA address, the shipping address and the billing address must ALL match. If they do not, your order will not be processed - however, you will be notified and we will always try to sort the problem out for you.

Shipping is usually £4.50. A gun or other very heavy item will cost £8.50 unless the order total is over £199.99, in which case it is free!

We love to ship to our customers abroad - however, it will cost more than is displayed on the website. International buyers should call or email us about their order so we can give them an updated price. We will ALWAYS contact an international buyer to confirm a shipping price - we have more than one option available.

Please note - we will not always be able to ship guns abroad due to restrictions in place

Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. If your product needs painting please add 3-10 days. International orders are confirmed via email and a suitable time and price are organised where possible- please note, we cannot send RIFs outside of the UK.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Pro Airsoft Supplies Warranty and Returns policy

Returns: Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or described improperly.
We cannot accept returns on any custom work, including painted guns, unless the gun itself is faulty, in which case warranty procedure is applied.

Warranty: We offer a warranty on any gun bought, and how long it lasts depends on the type of gun:
Gas guns: 3 months
All AEGs (excluding G&G Top Tech guns): 1 year
G&G Top Tech guns: 2 years
The G&G Top Techs have been given a 2 year warranty to reflect our personal and professional opinion and confidence in these guns.

Warranty will be void if the gun is disassembled by anyone other than Chewie, the Pro Airsoft Supplies engineer. Warranty will also not cover a gun that has been accidentally damaged, upgraded by anyone other than Pro Airsoft Supplies, been used with low grade BBs, been used with batteries which have been improperly cared for, abused, or mistreated, or has been customized by anyone other than Pro Airsoft Supplies. This also covers guns used inappropriately, for example with 11.1 Lipo batteries or with gas that is unsuitable for the gun. Any gas we sell is fine for all the guns we sell unless otherwise specified - for example, revolvers and the XDM should ONLY be used with 144a gas.
Warranty will be void on any gas guns that are not run on Abbey 144a, Abbey Predator or ASG Ultrair gas.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
